Department Reports
Engineering & Operations reported on a recent planned overnight outage that allowed crews to safely replace underground cable in the downtown area.
Member Services provided their analysis of SE’s member deposits versus write-offs and their plan to reduce the total amount of funds held as deposits. They also shared a plan to adjust staffing so that the front office would be fully staffed during the busiest time of the day from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m.
